Q: What sizes do the bucket hats come in?
A: Standard fit is approx. 57cm
XL oversized fit is approx. 61cm
Sizes are included on every listing
Q: Can you make a bucket hat in a different size?
A: Yes, please contact me if you need a different size to those listed above. I can make smaller and larger; whatever you need. Be ready to measure the circumference of your head!
Q: I'd like a matching bucket hat and a bumbag but I can't find the coordinating item on the website, can you help?
A: Yes, please contact me and I'll check to see if I have enough fabric to make your matching item
Q: Do you do custom orders?
A: Yes. Please contact me to discuss your ideas. I can't wait to make your dream accessory come to life!
Q: Can I send you my old or sentimental clothing / textiles to turn into a bucket hat / bumbag for me?
A: Yes you can! Please get in contact to discuss and include photos of your garment(s). Please note that:
- I will need to inspect all clothing before any work is carried out.
- There are some types of material and garments which I am unable to work with such as real or faux leather, extremely stretchy material, very heavy coats.
- You will need to cover all associated postage costs.
Q: I'm interested in a bucket hat / bum bag but I can't find one in fabric I like, is there anything you can do?
A: Yes, please contact me and I will send over photos of fabric I currently have in stock. If you still can't see anything you like I can look into sourcing some fabric for you (all secondhand, of course).
Q: How much is delivery?
A: Delivery to UK
Standard delivery (2-4 business days) is £3.99
Express delivery (1-3 business days) is £9.99
Delivery to Europe is £15.99.
Rest of the world is £24.99
Due to Brexit, international orders may be subject to customs charges upon delivery. Any additional charges incurred are your sole responsibility.
Q: Do you offer returns?
A: I hope you are really pleased with your purchase however if you do need to return your item please get in contact. Items should be returned in an unworn and perfect condition. Postage costs will need to be covered by yourself & proof of postage should be obtained. You are responsible for the item until received by Buckets & Bums.
Please note that any custom orders will be ineligible for returns due to their bespoke nature.

Q: How do I wash my Buckets & Bums products?
A: I would recommend gently hand washing all items and leaving them to dry flat
Q: Where can I try a bucket hat or bumbag on in real life?
A: From time to time you can find me at makers markets / alternative markets / vintage fairs etc. The best way to find out where I'll be is by following me on social media or signing up the mailing list
